A few days ago, I de-cluttered my refrigerator. Now, I am not talking about cleaning it out from the inside (even though I need to do that desperately).
I am talking about organizing the outside of it. I honestly could not tell you the last time I went through all the junk papers, old family Christmas cards and random ugly magnets that were hanging on my refrigerator. It.was.Bad.
I guess I never really thought to do it– until now!
I completely cleared of the side of the refrigerator that you see when you walk into the kitchen. I realized that something needed to go back up on the refrigerator, but I did NOT want to put more papers back up on it because that would be the first thing you see when you walk into the kitchen. And really, who wants to see that?
So, I got an idea. Refrigerator art!
I recently painted my very first canvas art and I can proudly say that it now has a home in that cleared off space on my refrigerator. And it looks great!
All I did to hang the art was take 3 heavy duty magnets that you find at most craft stores, line them up on the refrigerator side-by-side and hang the canvas directly to that (shown above). It works perfectly!
I’d love to see your refrigerator art too. Share yours in the comments below!
